Palazzo Versace Payment Terms:

Reservation Deposit 10% of the purchase price, non-refundable, payable at the date of signing the Reservation Contract 
First Payment 10% of the purchase price, non-refundable, payable within 30 days of Reservation Contract.
Second Payment 10% of the purchase price payable on date of commencement of construction of lower basement of the project building as notified by the Seller with at least seven (7) days prior written notice.
Third Payment 10% of the purchase price payable on date of commencement of construction of ground floor of the project building as notified by the Seller with at least seven (7) days prior written notice.
Fourth Payment 10% of the purchase price payable on date of commencement of construction of level four of the project building as notified by the Seller with at least seven (7) days prior written notice.
Fifth Payment 10% of the purchase price payable on date of commencement of construction of level eight of the project building as notified by the Seller with at least seven (7) days prior written notice.
Sixth Payment 10% of the purchase price payable on date of commencement of construction of roof of the project building as notified by the Seller with at least seven (7) days prior written notice.
Seventh Payment 10% of the purchase price payable on date of commencement of landscaping in respect of the project as notified by the Seller with at least seven (7) days prior written notice. 
Eighth Payment 20% of the purchase price on the Completion Date (as defined in the Sale and Purchase Agreement)
